Precision Assembly, Inc. opened its doors in 1996 as an Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) company that provides printed circuit board assembly services (PCB, PCBA) to regional OEM companies.
From knowledgeable Engineering support (Design Lay-Out services, Surface Mount Assembly and Prototyping, etc) to customizable Product Integration (Box-Build, Testing, Packaging/Shipping Services, etc.), Precision Assembly provides strategic solutions for the dynamic process of electronics manufacturing.
In the mid 90’s, Steven VanBibber, an experienced manufacturing engineer, and Mark Seastrand, a seasoned businessman, recognized the need for a local EMS that specialized in low to medium volumes that could also meet the highest quality requirements not typically found in small manufacturing operations. In 1996, they founded Precision Assembly in Orem, Utah and began a journey that would take them down paths neither could have imagined.
In its 25+ years of business, Precision Assembly has experienced tremendous growth and change. As technology evolves, volumes increase, and customers’ needs and requirements change, Precision Assembly adapts and evolves with them.
From its humble beginnings in a 5,000 square-foot space in Orem to a new 58,000 square-foot facility in American Fork, Utah, Precision Assembly looks forward to the future while staying firmly focused on its most valuable asset: its people.
